Epispadias
Epispadias is a common in fetal development, most commonly noticed in penises, which results in urine leaving the body from an atypical location. On penises this may be an opening on the upper aspect of the penis, and in vulvas when the develops too far anteriorly. It occurs in around one in 117,000 newborn boys and one in 484,000 newborn girls.
